We, as the director of umamaheswarraoJrcollege from the past 34yeas have encountered tremendous challenges in running the institute successfully without compromising our values and bringing quality education to student at all times.
Shaping the peak teenage group children coming from different background and putting them in right track is a big challenge in itself.
We have noticed this especially in the past 5-10years of students batches. There is a noticeable change in parenting and attitude of newer generation students.
We have decided ourselves without compromising in the values we have – in us in showing you child the right path for future.
We always believed in monitoring students all the time in the classrooms, hostels, dining hall by staying in the same campus and available to them 24/7 unlike in other corporate college.
For the same reason we never went into expansion as we believed newer generation principles/in charges cannot replicate the values we were taught by our founder, legendary sriUmamaheswararaogaru.
Our motto is to shape up your child in all aspects of life like in education, discipline, most importantly, strengths and courage to face the adversaries positively.
